Our Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund for your first order within 30 days by returning the product and contacting us at customersupport@indomable-art.com. In your email, please include your name, order number, the date of your order and your shipping address. We will provide return instructions and the address where the product should be sent.

Please note:

• The returned product must have tracking information, which you should send to us as soon as the return is dispatched.
• Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
• Refunds will be processed within 6 weeks after we receive the returned product.

This refund policy applies only to your first purchase and cannot be combined with any special promotions or trial offers. It does not affect your statutory rights.
